Christine Kesara Dennett was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, September 26th 1955. She grew up in an artistic atmosphere always encouraged to be an artist by her mother who taught art and father who was a musician and engineer. At the age of three she drew her first portrait of her grandfather. From then on she produced art.
Her family move to California in 1960’s. The family participated in fairs selling their art and painting bodies! Between 1972 to 1982 their body painting gained much notoriety being invited to paint at the Raj’s Mansion in Beverly Hills, Alice Cooper’s Haunted House Event. The Tonight show with Johnny Carson, and “That’s Incredible”.
Christine became involved with the Los Angeles community projects. She participated with the Los Angeles Mural Project for high school students in 1974. When she graduated and started to attend Cal State Northridge she participated in the very exciting Olympic Mask Festival in 1984.
Christine changed her art signature to her Sanskrit name Kesara. The name represented her choice to energetically practice love and compassion while she worked on the art. She now works for investigators, documentaries, and experiencers in the Metaphysical and collectors that find her landscapes, sculptures, digital photography and figurative work rewarding and spiritually uplifting.
